Struck in the face
by your soft hand.
The taste
of regret
on my tongue.
I crawl back
to the bed that
tore me apart.
Gathering kisses,
like bruises
on a playground.
Stones cracking
my spine
on the slide.
Worms crawling
up my throat
on the swing.
Sinking further
into
my bottomless grave.
